An error message or Operating System dialogue box is displayed on the screen, what do I do?
If you see a Microsoft Windows or Linux error message or Operating System dialogue box displayed on the screen you should try the following:
Examples of the error messages may include:
* "Restart Required to Complete Update"
* "Application Has Stopped Responding"
* "No Boot Device"
* "OS Not Found"
* "Your computer is low on memory, save your files and close these programs:..."
* "UR-Channel Application has crashed" - Reboot the Media Player by carefully unplugging it from the electrical power source. Wait 30 seconds and plug the Media Player back in.
