My Tablet is not working, what could be wrong and how can I get it working again?
For your Tablet to function properly, it needs to be powered on and connected to the internet.
If your display Tablet is not powering on:
- Ensure that the battery is charged
- If you believe the device should be fully charged, try connecting it directly to a power outlet
Note - it is recommended to keep the Tablet connected to external power when not in use.
