My UR-Tunes audio isn't playing, can you help me get it back?
If you are experiencing issues hearing your audio content, try the following:
- Check that the UR-Tunes Audio Player is plugged in and powered ON (Power LED should be blue). If it is not plugged in or powered ON, plug in the Media Player and/or power it on.
- Reboot the Media Player by carefully unplugging it from the electrical power for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
- Check that the Audio cable is plugged into the audio output jack on the rear of the Audio Player. If the audio cable is not connected, plug it in.
- Adjust the volume using the volume control (you may have an Audio Player remote control, or hardware volume control, or amplifier volume control depending upon your location).
If none of these steps corrects the issue, please contact our help desk by submitting a ticket, contacting us using our online chat feature, or by calling our help desk.
