The resolution of the content on my screen appears incorrect, how can I fix that?

On rare occasions, your content may appear incorrect. For example, the image(s) or video displayed on the screen may:
  1. appear too large
  2. overshoot the edges of the screen
  3. display in the corner of the screen
  4. not fill the screen
There are a number of reasons that can cause this; however, the most common reason is that the Media Player rebooted while the Display was powered off. Because the Media Player does not see the Display panel as a device connected to the video output of the Media Player, the Media Player boots up with a lower/incorrect resolution. Rebooting your Media Player (with the Display powered on) should fix this.
  1. If your Media Player has a power button, simply power cycle the player (turn it off, wait 5 seconds, turn it on again).
  2. If this does not work, or your Media Player does not have a power button, carefully unplug it from the electrical power outlet, wait for 30 seconds and then plug it back in
