My screen displays "No Signal" message or TV manufacturer's logo, how do I fix that?

If you find that your screen is displaying a "No Signal" message or is displaying the TV manufacturer's logo, resolve the issue by performing the following actions.
  1. Try changing the TV video input using the remote control or the input/source button on the TV chassis.
  2. Check the Media Player – is it plugged in and powered on?
  3. Is the video cable plugged in to both the Media Player and the TV? Try unplugging the video cable and plugging it back in (Both ends of the video cable).
  4. Reboot the Media Player by unplugging its electrical power. Wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
